 Writing From Last to First was like an uphill, into-the-wind marathon. There were many times when I thought I would never reach the finish despite all the effort I was putting in. However, today I sent my files to the printer and, although it isn't published yet, I have reached the end of a long but often very enjoyable road.

Geoff Hill sent me the link, I read the LA 84 intro and had to buy the book. Am looking forward to it immensely.
Your humility is inspiring. What the majority of athletes would give for your ability. I remember thinking 30 mins for 10k felt like I was running with my shorts on fire!
Your 2.08 marathon, now that's what I call music!
