I have had the pleasure to know Charlie off and on now for about 20 years, he is a true gentleman, and not a bad cyclist either! I am so pleased he has completed this book and wish him every success as an author!
Hi Charlie - nice to catch up - Iwas about to spend a small fortune on a mentor and life coach - things are pretty bleak in the photo world at the moment - your book sounds as though it could be what I need. Heard you on 5live a few weeks ago - hope you are well
regards - Paul you can alsp get me on facebook- paul atherton - manchester network - with a picture of a very much thinner hurdler !!!

Hello Charlie, I bought a copy(the only one on display!) of your book at the London Marathon Shop in Covent Garden two weeks ago. A spur of the moment purchase as I had no knowledge of it being published. I managed to read it within the week and found it to be one of the most enjoyable sports books that I have read. Amusing early tales made it an easy read but, most importantly, I found it truly inspirational. This (below)average club runner(49) has now set himself new goals thanks to you!

The book is the story of my running development. This blog is the story of the book's development.
